The Evolution Dynamics Evo X Flex Fuel Kit lets your Lancer Evolution X run on whatever is in the tank. The ethanol content sensor reads the actual blend in real time and sends it to the ECU, so a flex-fuel tune can adjust fueling and timing for 93, E85, or any mix in between. No more swapping maps or guessing what came out of the pump.

We designed and built this kit in-house, based on years of tuning Evo Xs in our own shop. It is made specifically for the Evo X engine bay, so it goes in without improvising.

What's in the Kit

• Ethanol content sensor: OEM-style flex fuel sensor that measures ethanol percentage in real time.
• Braided -6AN fuel line: Black braided line with 90° and straight -6AN ends to route fuel through the sensor.
• Wiring harness: Braided, pre-terminated harness for the sensor and gauge.
• Innovate flex fuel gauge: Shows ethanol content at a glance so you always know what you're running.

Why Flex Fuel on an Evo X

E85's higher octane and cooling effect let a tuner run more timing and boost than pump gas allows. With a flex-fuel setup, the car stays safe and drivable when E85 isn't available, and the tune blends between maps based on the sensor reading.

Fitment and Requirements

• Fits the 2008–2015 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X.
• Requires a flex-fuel capable tune to use the ethanol signal.
• Running E85 usually calls for upgraded injectors and fuel pump. Contact us about your setup before ordering.
• Professional installation and tuning recommended.
